When a property is well priced buyers will come looking. The weekend this home was listed for sale my buyers wanted to quickly go and look. It was February and yes it was snowing. We weren’t the only ones. We were second in line waiting for some-one to finish looking and there were two more potential buyers waiting on our heels. Well wouldn’t you know it, location, price, size, accommodation were perfect for my buyers. The house did need a little TLC but that was something these buyers could deal with over time because the rest was as I said “Perfect”. After a 15 minute showing they knew! This is “OUR” house.
