The answer to the question is yes but we warned they are selling fast. The lot map below shows that The Enclave has 32 parcels of land for building, but there were already three homes constructed, leaving 29. You can see by all the sold stickers that The Enclave of Heritage Estates has become quite the popular location. A few of the lots were sold as empty land, the rest are sold with a home being built for the buyers. There are a couple of custom builders here too. So don’t say I didn’t warn you because blink and there will be nothing left.

Map of The Enclave of Heritage Estates
When The Enclave of Heritage Estates first started over eight years the lone house at the end of Hawks Nest Circle has acres and acres of land as neighbors. Now it won’t be long before the homes will be built and people neighbors will move in. Instead of me looking over an empty lot to Hawks Nest Circle, there will be homes on Coyote Trail and Enclave Lane..
There are a few lots that can be bought but the premium ones are fast disappearing. This Enclave neighborhood is set behind the original Heritage Estates, hence the name, and therefore there are no homes being built with busy roads close by. It’s a gated community too. So what do the current homes being built look like and what can you buy?
This is a photo of the soon to be ready model home. But guess what. It won’t be a model home for very long, unless they keep it to advertise Tallgrass of Lake Barrington, which may be the next new construction subdivision to become available. Last week they were laying the drive, just 4 days later they are ready to lay sod. Did I tell you that they are selling fast? I am sure I did.
Finally here is a photo of the lots, these two are sold and want great lots they are with more than 2 acres each. The adjacent lot is available at time of writing, as are a few in the center and a few on the other side. Are you in the market for a new home?
