However both buyers and sellers need to know it’s rarely the company that brings everything to the table in a real estate sale, it’s the Realtor. So hiring a Realtor on the basis of who they now work for might not be the right approach. Most Realtors move from company to company, some more than others. Why is that? It can be for a number of reasons but shows very few are loyal to their own brands.
The fact that I own my company really only helps me, it does not help buyers or sellers of South Barrington real estate at all.
