You go to your Doctor for the general ailments but when it’s a specific ailment you go to the specialist, right? Broken bones – Orthopedic Dr., Heart problems – Cardiac Surgeon, Having a Baby – Obstretics, and so on. So when buying or selling horse property, do you think it’s better to call up any real estate agent or find one that has:
- Marketing set up for equestrian properties
- Passion about selling horse farms and the countryside
- Understands all a horse property is offering and focuses on all aspects of the real estate
We’ve experienced the downside to sellers selecting the wrong agent time after time. Horse property buyers want to know about the parts of the real estate that relate to humans and to horses. Most real estate is marketed with very little if any attention to the barns, stables, paddocks, water supply, hay storage, proximity to trials and so on.
