Most Barrington Realtors have some sort of web site, often provided by the company they work for, some take charge of this marketing tool more personally. The question home buyers and sellers should ask a Realtor is not do you have a web site but how well does it perform. Let’s face it there’s little point having a web site if no-one ever visits it. It’s a useless marketing tool for Realtors and home sellers if it gets lost in the gigantic volume of web sites available.
